Home Learning

“Where a class, group or small number of pupils need to self-isolate, or there is a local lockdown requiring pupils to remain at home, we expect schools to have the capacity to offer immediate remote education.” - DfE October 2020

Home Learning Plan

Class Dojo will be used as the main platform for home learning during part or whole school closure and families.

Feedback from our families:

"Good range of activities, lots of prompt feedback, lovely videos

from the teachers."

"Class Dojo makes things really easy. Video clips of the class teachers are appreciated. Feedback on class work is great."

"The videos from staff are excellent as they help with motivation and connection. It's also nice to see the work of other children. I like Class Dojo as it is very clear to see the tasks that are left to do. The phonic bug online reading scheme is good too."

"Positive, enthusiastic Dojo presence. Good amount of work."

"There are obviously times when home learning is more

challenging when we are working from home at the same time.

Your understanding of this is appreciated."
